•  Description

This split Lebus rope groove liner is fabricated from high-performance reinforced nylon material. The workpiece undergoes complete integral machining first, then is split into two independent segments along the A-A section line, with the splitting clearance controlled within 4mm. Thanks to the split two-half structure, operators can install and replace the liner directly on the drum without disassembling the entire reel assembly, greatly lowering maintenance difficulty and downtime.

It adopts right-hand Lebus double-folded rope groove design, specially engineered for Φ22.5mm haulage cables. The rope groove diameter is 22.6mm and the rope arrangement pitch is set at 22.4mm. The climbing transition section for cables winding from the first layer to the second layer is arranged on the fold line section, enabling smooth and gentle layer transition to prevent cable jamming, extrusion, scratch and abnormal wear. All sharp edges and corners are chamfered to eliminate stress concentration. The liner is securely mounted to the drum body by M8 internal hexagonal cylindrical head screws.
