This fixed pulley adopts 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy as the internal load-bearing substrate, fully wrapped with high-wear-resistant yellow polyurethane cladding. The integrated structure balances structural rigidity and operational cushioning performance. With an overall outer diameter of Φ260mm and 5 evenly distributed Φ45 through mounting holes, it is perfectly fitted for fixed guiding assembly of winches, lifting machinery and conveying equipment. The central shaft bore is precision machined with tight tolerance for high-precision fitting with drive shafts.
The aluminum base undergoes hard anodizing treatment with film thickness controlled between 0.02~0.04mm and surface hardness HV>200, greatly improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-deformation performance. The outer PU layer is 10±0.02mm thick, which cushions friction impact of steel wire ropes, reduces running noise and vibration, and prevents wire rope breakage caused by direct hard contact with metal.
All machining follows GB/T 1804-m general dimensional tolerance; sharp edges are fully deburred and rounded. Unspecified dimensions are manufactured strictly according to the 3D model to guarantee high assembly consistency. It is widely applied for wire rope guiding, tension limiting and direction switching in lifting winches, mining conveyors, construction machinery, port hoisting systems and automatic production lines.
