• Our LBS Split Sleeve is forged from high-strength Q355D carbon steel, tailor-made for 26mm steel wire rope with a total length of 729mm. It adopts standard Lebus double cross-cut groove structure with a 27mm fixed pitch and 80° left-handed lead angle, delivering smooth and stable multi-layer rope transition compared with ordinary single-start groove sleeves. Equipped with plug welding connection mode, the integrated welded end ramps eliminate sharp edges to drastically lower wire rope abrasion during equipment startup and shutdown. All products are fully deburred and manufactured strictly complying with GB/T 1804-2000 tolerance standards to ensure precise assembly matching. The surface is coated with gray zinc-rich primer and can be galvanized as required, providing excellent corrosion resistance to cope with harsh marine and industrial environments. We support both left-hand and right-hand rotation customization, and the split segmented design allows quick on-site replacement without disassembling the whole winch drum.
