Independently developed for lifting winches and cranes, LBSS-Series LBS Sleeves serve as core wear-resistant parts that isolate steel wire ropes from drum bases to prolong drum service life and maintain stable operation of lifting machinery under severe working conditions. Equipped with exclusive standard grooves and integrally CNC milled with tight dimensional tolerances, these sleeves seamlessly fit both new and worn drums and effectively avoid rope tangling, biting and slipping during multi-layer winding. Customers can select carbon steel, stainless steel or nylon materials and customize left/right grooving directions, with bolt assembly and field welding two optional installation methods to suit diverse harsh environments.
