This split Q355D drum sleeve is installed various lifting winch reels to isolate and protect the metal barrel. Its standard rope grooves limit steel wires neatly and prevent direct friction damage to the reel base metal. It fits hoist and luffing reels of truck cranes and crawler cranes under low-temperature conditions in northern regions, suitable for outdoor lifting operations on construction sites and factories. Worn liners can be split and replaced separately instead of changing the whole large reel, greatly cutting maintenance costs. It also matches rope winding mechanisms of small and medium lifting equipment in mines and ports, steadily bearing alternating loads from repeated wire rope winding.
