Q355D LEBUS grooved winch drum adopts double-fold Lebus rope groove design, available in left-hand/right-hand 60° spiral options. It is specially developed for multi-layer steel wire rope winding, which effectively prevents rope disorder, reduces wire rope wear and prolongs the service life of both the drum and steel cable.

Fabricated from high-strength Q355D steel plate and pipe, the drum supports fully customized size, single/double drum structure and shaft configuration. It matches wire ropes of 3–50 mm with rated pulling force ranging from 3 KN to 400 KN, compatible with electric and hydraulic winches. Widely applied in towing, construction, mining, port terminal and oilfield drawworks.

Strict machining and welding standards are implemented: post-weld stress relief, precise tolerance control, sandblasting plus 100μm+ epoxy zinc-rich & polyurethane anti-corrosion coating, ensuring stable performance under heavy-load working conditions.
