1.Description
This Lebus polymer nylon drum sleeve enables orderly wire rope winding. It features a right-hand 60° design, suitable for 12mm diameter steel wire rope with 12.2mm groove pitch.
Mounted on lifting drums, it forms standard Lebus rope grooves to guide wire ropes and avoid overlapping and squeezing.
It separates wire ropes from metal drum surfaces, widely applied for winches and crane equipment. Custom sizes can be offered according to customer requirements. All products are manufactured strictly following specified dimensions to ensure precise fitting.

3.Feature
Constructed from polymer nylon material. Designed with Lebus type rope groove of 60° right-hand rotation. Suitable for steel wire rope with diameter Φ12±0.15mm, and the groove pitch is 12.2mm.
The sleeve connects to bare drum via bolt assembly, equipped with 18 pieces of M8 hex socket cap screws. It guides orderly wire rope winding, avoids rope overlapping and squeezing. Supports 9-layer winding, with the rope capacity reaching 660 meters. Strictly manufactured according to specified dimensional standards to realize accurate matching with the drum and steel wire rope.
4.Advantage
Manufactured from polymer nylon, this Lebus drum sleeve can greatly reduce direct friction between steel wire rope and metal drum, minimizing wear of both the rope and drum body. The 60° right-hand Lebus groove structure enables regular wire rope arrangement during operation, effectively eliminating rope overlapping, extrusion and disordered winding. Adopting bolt connection mode with 18 M8 hex socket cap screws, the sleeve supports fast installation, disassembly and on-site replacement without complicated processing. Produced in strict accordance with technical dimensions, it maintains high matching precision with target drum and Φ12±0.15mm steel wire rope. The design allows 9-layer winding and achieves a rope capacity of 660 meters, satisfying long-distance hoisting demands. Besides, the nylon sleeve buffers contact force during operation and stabilizes the running state of the wire rope.
