This winch drum assembly is a core welded structural component for tower crane hoisting systems, specially designed for double-line Lebus grooving steel wire rope winding. It consists of barrel welding assembly, left/right end plates, rib plates, rope guide plates, rope pressing plates, baffle plates and standard fastener accessories.
The whole part adopts full shot blasting anti-corrosion treatment, all welding seams pass ultrasonic flaw detection, and the rope groove undergoes precision machining to guarantee smooth wire rope winding and long service life. Total estimated finished weight is 9 tons.

Left-hand 60° helix angle, accurate pitch size; sharp edges of rope grooves are chamfered and rounded to eliminate wire rope abrasion, no jamming during threading.
(2)Strict Welding & Quality Inspection
No welding defects (leakage, virtual welding) allowed after barrel assembly; all welds complete ultrasonic flaw detection complying with JB/T 10559-2018 Class I standard.
(3)High-strength Structural Design
Main structural parts use Q355D low-temperature high-strength steel, matched with Grade 8.8/10.9 full-thread bolts and 65Mn spring washers, strong load-bearing capacity and structural stability.
(4)Large Rope Capacity
8 layers of winding, maximum rope storage length up to 1600m, suitable for high-lift tower crane working conditions.
This G1370L heavy-duty Lebus rope drum serves as the core hoisting component for offshore engineering and marine scientific research equipment, widely applicable to professional marine operation scenarios including offshore oil and gas exploitation, deep-sea resource exploration, marine scientific research vessel operation, offshore wind power supporting construction, and island and reef engineering construction. It is perfectly adapted to working conditions such as deep-sea heavy equipment hoisting, underwater detector and sampling equipment retraction and release, offshore oil platform module lifting, marine engineering pipeline laying and salvage operation. Meanwhile, it is applicable to coastal and open-sea auxiliary hoisting operations for marine environmental monitoring, seabed geological survey, and offshore facility maintenance.
Adopting Q355D low-temperature steel material and undergoing full anti-corrosion treatment including salt spray resistance and marine atmospheric corrosion resistance, the drum can operate stably in harsh marine working environments such as high humidity, strong salt fog, low temperature, heavy wave impact and dusty offshore atmosphere. It reliably undertakes frequent cyclic heavy-load hoisting, retraction and docking tasks of deep-sea exploration equipment, oil and gas drilling accessories, marine engineering structural parts and special scientific research facilities.
