This product is a right-hand Lebus groove hoisting drum (Grade M4) made of Q355C for crane hoisting mechanism. The root diameter of rope groove is φ1160 mm, suitable for φ44 mm steel wire rope with 8-layer winding capacity and single rope tensile force of 430KN. Rope guiding blocks are equipped on both drum flanges to achieve orderly rope arrangement and smooth winding transition, preventing rope tangling and jumping. The drum barrel is preferably rolled from a single steel plate with Class 1 welds and non-destructive testing. The whole drum shall undergo stress relief annealing after welding, with C4-M corrosion protection. Rope anchorage devices supplied by the drum manufacturer are assembled and delivered as a complete unit.

This M4 duty class right-hand Lebus hoisting drum is manufactured from Q355C steel. It is designed for φ44 mm steel wire rope with 8-layer winding capacity and a single rope tension of 430KN. Rope guiding blocks installed on drum flanges ensure smooth transition during multi-layer winding, keep wire ropes neatly arranged and effectively prevent rope tangling and jumping to extend rope service life. The drum barrel is preferably rolled from a whole steel plate. All butt welds are class 1 and subject to non-destructive testing. Post-weld integral annealing is carried out to relieve internal stress, delivering high machining precision and stable structure. Manufactured in compliance with relevant national standards for crane drums, the drum achieves C4-M corrosion protection with RAL9004 finish. It is delivered as an assembled unit with factory-supplied rope anchorage devices.
This right-hand Lebus groove hoisting drum serves as the key component for crane hoisting mechanisms with M4 duty class. It is widely applied in port machinery, offshore winches, construction machinery, overhead cranes, gantry cranes and mining lifting equipment. Particularly suitable for heavy-duty hoisting conditions requiring multi-layer winding of steel wire ropes.
