Product Description
This drum is made of Q355B steel, fitted with Lebus left-hand 60° double fold rope groove, matching Φ12mm steel wire rope. Stress relief aging treatment is conducted after welding, and burrs and flashes are removed after machining to enhance structural stability. Primer coating is applied on the surface for basic anti-corrosion, and the tolerance of unmarked linear dimensions complies with GB/T1804-2000. It is widely used for winch lifting equipment to keep wire rope neatly arranged and reduce abrasion.

Matters Need to Attention
Inspect the rope groove surface of the drum before installation to ensure no burrs or impact damage. The wire rope must match the Φ12mm specification; mismatched wire rope is prohibited.
Ensure concentricity between the drum and shaft before lifting work, and fasten all fixing bolts tightly. Avoid eccentric load during operation to prevent abnormal wear of rope grooves and wire rope.
Keep lifting and lowering operations smooth. Shock loads shall be avoided to prevent wire rope jumping out of grooves and deformation.
Regularly check the integrity of primer coating. Repair the coating promptly if peeling occurs. Inspect welds periodically; stop operation immediately once cracks or deformation are found.
Store the drum in a dry and well-ventilated area. Keep it away from humid and corrosive media to prevent cylinder corrosion.
