Product Description

This drum sleeve adopts plug welding connection, fitted with Lebus left-hand 65° parallel grooving for wire rope of 15.875mm diameter. It is coated with zinc rich primer on the surface for reliable anti-corrosion performance. Custom manufacturing is available, widely used for winch and lifting equipment to ensure neat and stable wire rope winding.

Characteristic

Designed with Lebus left-hand 65° grooving, it guides neat winding of wire rope, avoids rope overlapping and squeezing, and effectively extends the service life of wire rope.
Adopting plug welding connection technology, it features high welding strength and uniform stress on the cylinder, maintaining stable structure under heavy load conditions.
Suitable for Φ15.875mm wire rope with 49 precisely machined grooves, and supports rope entry through the drum.
Coated with zinc rich primer on the surface to form an anti-rust protective layer, resisting corrosion caused by humid outdoor environments.

Matters Need to Attention

Inspect the welded area of the drum shell before installation to ensure no cracks, pores or other welding defects. Remove burrs inside grooves to prevent wire rope damage.
Use only Φ15.875mm wire rope. Never use wire rope of mismatched diameter, which will cause abnormal stress and wear on grooves.
Control lifting load during operation and overload is forbidden. Run low-speed test before formal use to check wire rope feeding condition.
Regularly check the zinc rich primer coating. Repair coating immediately once damaged to prevent substrate rust. Inspect plug welds for cracks periodically.
Avoid long-term exposure to strong acid and alkali. Clean the drum after operation to prevent dust and debris accumulation inside grooves.
