This winch drum adopts the Lebus parallel grooving structure, designed for 10 mm diameter wire rope with a theoretical rope capacity of 100 meters. The drum barrel, left and right end flanges and webs are all fabricated from high-strength Q355B structural steel. The barrel is machined with left-hand 65° grooves to enable orderly multi-layer winding of wire rope and prevent rope biting, squeezing and messy winding. The flanges on both sides are equipped with climbing platforms, and matched rope clamping blocks for reliable fixing of wire rope ends. All welds are smooth with internal welding slag removed, free of blowholes and slag inclusions, meeting the requirements of high-intensity continuous operation for lifting and offshore winches.

(1) Lebus left-hand grooving design: Wire rope arranges automatically and orderly during multi-layer winding, greatly reducing rope biting, extrusion and abrasion, and significantly extending wire rope service life. The 65° left-hand groove matches the corresponding rotation direction of winches.
(2) High-strength Q355B steel: Good impact toughness, strong load capacity, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions and excellent fatigue resistance.
(3) Reliable rope clamping structure: Clamped by rope blocks and bolts for firm fixing of wire rope ends to prevent loosening.
(4) Controlled welding quality: Welding slag thoroughly cleaned after welding; no blowholes or slag inclusions. The drum structure features high strength and sufficient safety margin.
(5) Flange integrated climbing platform: Built-in platforms on both sides for convenient on-site assembly, maintenance and inspection of wire rope winding status.
(6) Precision machined dimensions: Strict tolerance control for grooves and shaft holes, smooth rotation and high coaxiality to reduce operating vibration.
Made of high-strength Q355B steel, this Lebus grooved winch drum features anti-rope-biting performance and orderly multi-layer winding. It is widely applied in offshore engineering, marine lifting, port terminals, mine winching, construction machinery and other fields. For offshore platform hoisting and vessel towing operations, the drum guides wire rope neatly to avoid rope squeezing, abrasion and disordered winding. Under port loading/unloading and mine heavy-lift conditions, it can sustain continuous heavy loads and ensure safety during long-hour operation. It adapts to wire ropes of φ10 and above. Customization of left-hand / right-hand grooves, various rope capacities and mounting structures is available to match different heavy-duty hoisting equipment.
