Lebus sleeve is precision CNC machined from 40Cr alloy steel, designed for multi-layer wire rope winding. Featuring a unique composite groove structure with straight and pitched segments, it guides orderly wire rope spooling, effectively preventing rope biting and jumping to extend rope service life. The split design enables easy disassembly and individual replacement, cutting maintenance costs. With high strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, it is applicable to heavy-duty winches for offshore winches, ship cranes, ports and mines.

(1) Anti-rope-biting & orderly rope arrangement: Adopting patented Lebus rope groove structure with segmented straight and pitched sections. It automatically arranges multi-layer wire ropes during winding to eliminate rope squeezing, biting and jumping, greatly prolonging wire rope service life.
(2) High strength, wear resistance & impact resistance: Made of 40Cr alloy steel with quenching and tempering treatment. It delivers excellent surface wear resistance, withstands continuous impact loads in offshore lifting operations, and features good fatigue resistance against deformation and cracking.
(3) Easy installation & segmented replacement: Split structure, there is no need to replace the whole drum. The sleeve can be replaced separately to reduce maintenance cost. Pre-drilled mounting holes allow simple assembly.
(4) Suitable for multi-layer winding: Specially designed for 2 or more layers of wire rope spooling. Optimized rope entry ensures smooth transition of wire rope to reduce bending wear.
(5) High dimensional accuracy: Precision CNC machining ensures tight tolerances for rope groove pitch and arc with stable clearance, supporting long-term stable coordinated operation of drum and wire rope.
