This heavy-duty Lebus double drum is a core component for offshore lifting winches. It features split Lebus helical grooves: left section left-hand groove and right section right-hand groove. Main body is fabricated from Q355D low-temperature steel, assembled with brake plate, end plates and Lebus filler bars. We strictly control welding distortion, concentricity and runout during machining. With epoxy zinc-rich primer + PU topcoat anti-corrosion system, it guides multi-layer steel wire rope spooling neatly for heavy lifting operation.

Q355D steel offers excellent low-temperature toughness for harsh cold & marine environment. Precision machining ensures stable braking and reliable hoisting. Filler bars fix rope start firmly. Anti-corrosion paint provides good salt spray resistance. Dual opposite grooves fit synchronized lifting and pulling tasks.
Suitable for offshore platform lifting winches, marine mooring winches, anchor winches, offshore salvage & rescue winches, subsea pipeline and cable laying winches, floating crane hoisting systems. It also serves port gantry cranes, container cranes and bulk handling equipment. Widely adopted for crawler cranes, mobile crane hoists, rotary drilling rigs, pile hammers, geotechnical drilling rigs, mine hoists and underground traction winches. It is used on wind turbine installation vessels for fan lifting, tunnel boring machine auxiliary traction, water gate hoists, barge towing winches, heavy material pulling and special equipment test winches.
