This drum assembly made of Q355D steel adopts LBS Lebus double-fold rope groove with 55° left-hand helix for 7-layer wire rope winding. The rope groove edges are rounded to ensure smooth running of 42mm wire rope and reduce wear. Its welds comply with JB/T11157-2011 standard for high structural strength. Anti-rust paint is coated on specified surfaces. It is built for heavy-duty lifting applications and custom manufacturing is available.

Matters Need to Attention
Inspect rope grooves, welds and mounting holes of the drum assembly before installation. Remove burrs and debris, align thread holes to ensure smooth bolt assembly.
Use 42mm diameter wire rope for operation. Do not overload or apply shock loads to avoid damage to drum and wire rope.
Monitor wire rope arrangement during lifting work to prevent rope jumping and squeezing. Regularly check groove wear and weld cracks.
Store in dry and ventilated area to avoid moisture corrosion. Protect brake disc surface and precision mounting surfaces during maintenance to preserve accuracy.
Reapply anti-rust paint promptly if coating on non-working surfaces is damaged, to prevent steel corrosion and extend service life.
