1.Artwork design(We design a model based on the customer's ideas or pictures.)
2.Sculpting(make clay sculpture according to design drawings)
3.Making molds(Make molds with silicone material)
4.Moulding(Use silicone material to make the product molds)
5.Grouting(Use polyresin material grouting the product molds)
6.trimming & repairing (White body's finished by grouting have some flaws, so need to trim and repair. )
7.spray painting(Use spray paint gun to spray the white body's with color)
8.color painting(Also called hand painting, most small details need to be painted by hand)p
9.Packing(When products finished, pack with common box, or as customized box)
10.Loading(After packing, load the cartons goods and prepare to ship out)

1.MOQ: For most of our products, we have no MOQ, and we can provide free samples as long as you are willing to afford the delivery charge.
2.Payment: We accept payment by T/T, Western Union, and PayPal. For high value orders, we also accept L/C payment.
3.Location: We are a factory located in Zhangzhou China, an exporting major city.
4.What we do: We make window display props, resin items, fiberglass statues, PVC cravings, metal crafts and so on.
5.Lead time: For sample making, it takes only 7 to 15 days depending on the design; for mass production, it takes about 30 days,but depend on the design and the quantity.
6.Delivery: We enjoy very competitive price for DHL door to door, and our FOB charge is also one of the lowest in China.
