1.Features
1. The 7-axis CNC end milling center is used in thremal break aluminum doors and windows, all kinds of light industrial aluminum profile NC intelligent optimization section cutting.
2. The machine bed of the end milling center is all welded with industrial rectangular tube profiles, and after welding, the internal stress is removed by professional and effective treatment.
After professional finishing of numerical control equipment, to ensure the stability of the running accuracy and speed of the whole machine.
3. The machine tool is equipped with a sealed guideway shield to effectively protect the guideway and screw and prolong its service life.
4. The CNC control system adopts China Huichuan industrial control system, which can process aluminum alloy profiles, PVC profiles and alloy profiles. The system has high speed and high precision, and supports multi-axis linkage.
