Product Overview
The GREEF NEW ENERGY GDG series disc-type permanent magnet generator features a unique spindle and rotor arranged in a disc shape configuration. The stator is fixed at the center while the rotor rotates on both sides, with the spindle containing only windings without an iron core.
Both stator and rotor are designed as flat disc structures utilizing an axial air gap magnetic flux mechanism, alternately positioned along the axial direction for a compact and efficient magnetic flux path.
The short axial length and large diameter support multi-pole design, resulting in high power-to-mass ratio, low-speed operation, low wind speed start capability, compact size, reduced energy consumption, lightweight build, and overall high efficiency.
Available in two main variants: outer rotor type (stationary shaft with rotating casing) and inner rotor type (fixed casing with rotating shaft).
