Conventional generators typically depend on heavy iron cores, which contribute to magnetic resistance and result in core losses during operation. Our innovative disc-type design channels the magnetic flux along the axial direction, entirely eliminating the need for an iron core. This unique approach reduces magnetic resistance and minimizes energy losses, leading to improved efficiency and performance.

Vertical-axis wind turbines represent a unique category of wind energy technology. Unlike common horizontal-axis turbines, these machines have their main rotor shaft arranged vertically, allowing them to capture wind from any direction. This makes them particularly suitable for urban or complex wind environments.
Small-scale hydropower systems offer another sustainable option for generating electricity. These installations harness the energy of flowing water on a limited scale, suitable for local or individual use. They provide a reliable and renewable power source, especially in rural or off-grid areas.
Both vertical-axis wind turbines and small-scale hydropower are integral components of decentralized renewable energy solutions, contributing to reduced dependence on fossil fuels and promoting environmentally friendly energy production.
Greef offers customized Axial Flux Coreless Generators under the model number GDG. Our permanent magnet generators feature a coreless structure and are designed to deliver large output power with high power density, making them ideal for various industrial applications.
As an inner-rotor generator, the GDG model operates efficiently across a rated power range of 50W to 100kW and a rated rotor speed between 60rpm and 700rpm. All units are CE certified, guaranteeing quality and reliability.
The Coreless Permanent Magnet Generator is carefully packaged with maximum protection during transit. Each unit is securely placed in custom-fitted foam inserts to prevent movement and absorb shocks, then enclosed in sturdy double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes. Anti-static wrapping protects sensitive electronic components, with clear labeling and handling instructions on the outer box.
We offer reliable shipping with tracking and insurance. Expedited shipping services are available for urgent deliveries. All shipments comply with international regulations and are handled by carriers specializing in delicate electronic equipment. Customers receive tracking numbers upon dispatch for real-time order monitoring.
