Product Overview
The Power Conversion Inverter (PCI) serves as the core component within energy storage systems, functioning as the central control unit. It enables efficient electrical power transformation between alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), facilitating effective energy management and distribution.
During charging cycles, the PCI converts surplus AC power from the electrical grid or photovoltaic inverters into DC electricity for battery storage through rectification. During discharge, it converts stored DC power back to AC electricity through inversion, supplying power to the grid or connected electrical loads.
The system supports both grid-tied and off-grid operation modes, allowing seamless transition between main grid connectivity and independent microgrid functionality based on system requirements.
