Precision Airflow for Maximum Operator Safety
Aerodynamic Airfoil: The smooth, curved lower airfoil sweeps air directly across the work surface, minimizing turbulence, maximizing toxic containment, and reducing overall exhaust energy consumption by up to 10% compared to flat airfoils.
Smart Bypass Slots: Engineered with variable air volume (VAV) compatibility. The compensating bypass design maintains a relatively constant exhaust volume and safe face velocity (0.3 ~ 0.8 m/s) regardless of whether the sash is open or closed.
3-Section Baffle System: Constructed from 5mm chemical-resistant compact grade laminate. This precise three-stage design eliminates dead zones, ensuring that harmful gases of varying specific gravities (heavy or light) are swiftly and entirely extracted from the chamber.
Heavy-Duty Structural Integrity
Monolithic Steel Shell: The entire main body and base cabinet are constructed from 1.0mm full-thickness premium cold-rolled steel. Treated with multi-stage phosphating and finished with a 220°C baked epoxy powder coating (1.15mm - 1.2mm total thickness) for invincible corrosion resistance.
Pressure-Relief Inner Liner: The interior utilizes a 5mm compact grade laminate structured to provide a pressure-release effect, safeguarding personnel in the rare event of an internal micro-explosion.
Standard Work Surface: Solid Phenolic Resin with a built-in water baffle/spill lip. (Optional upgrades: Epoxy Resin, Polypropylene (PP), 304/316 Stainless Steel, or Technical Ceramic).

Centralized Controller: Intelligent push-button or optional LCD touch screen panel for effortless management of power, LED illumination, exhaust fans, and sterilization equipment.
