2. Advanced Composition & Manufacturing Process

The exceptional strength of our phenolic resin boards comes from a rigorous, high-pressure composite manufacturing process:

1. Chemical-Resistant Film: The top layer utilizes advanced EBC (Electron Beam Curing) technology to create an impenetrable, chemical-resistant shield.

2. Decorative Surface: A color sheet impregnated with premium melamine resin provides aesthetic versatility and surface toughness.

3. Solid Kraft Core: The robust core is composed of multi-layer black kraft papers deeply impregnated with phenolic resin.

4. High-Pressure Lamination (HPL): These layers are permanently fused together using steel pressing plates under extreme high temperature (150°C / 300°F) and massive high pressure (>1430 psi).

 Broad Chemical Resistance: Proven to resist over 149 kinds of aggressive chemical reagents, including common laboratory acids, alkalis, and solvents.

 Antibacterial & Hygienic: The dense, non-porous surface actively inhibits the growth of dangerous bacteria, including Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Escherichia coli (E. coli), making it ideal for clinical and biological labs.

 Superior Physical Toughness: Thanks to its unique laminated kraft core, it boasts excellent bending and impact resistance. It easily carries heavy equipment without bowing or fracturing under pressure.

 Joint-Free Bending & Edging: The physical properties of the board allow it to be precisely machined and edged (e.g., thickened from 12.7mm to 25.4mm at the borders), eliminating vulnerable joints where chemical corrosion typically begins.
