Oil Cooling System Transformer 10000kva 11kv To 33kv Step Up Transformer
The three-phase oil immersed distributing transformer applies new type insulating structure and makes short-circuit resistance strong. The iron core is make of high-quality cold-rolled silicon-steel plate. High-voltage winding group is made up of high-quality oxygen-free copper lines and it adopts multilayered drum type structure. All fasteners have been processed with special treatment to prevent them from loosening.
Product Features
▶ Iron core is of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45 miter joints, no punching and the structure of binding with epoxy tape, the core surface is coating with paint to reduce the loss and noise；
▶ Using the new insulation structure, effectively dissipate heat, lower temperature rises of transformer, and extend the service life.
▶ The oil tank using corrugated tank and fully sealed structure, which can prevent transformer oil from the contact of the air and water, slow down the aging of the oil, extend service life of transformer. The elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet can adjust the volume of the transformer oil according to thermal expansion and contraction.
▶ The transformer is provided with pressure release for the security protection. When the transformer occurs failure and pressure is over high, the pressure release valve can safely and reliably release the pressure to prevent the expansion of the incident.
