Engineered to bridge standard 480V delta supplies with 416Y/240V grounded-wye systems, this 3000kVA three-phase pad-mounted isolation transformer provides reliable outdoor power distribution for industrial plants, data centers and critical infrastructure. Built in accordance with ANSI C57.12.34, it uses FR3 natural ester fluid and KNAN natural cooling for efficient operation without forced-air cooling equipment. The transformer provides a practical localized voltage-matching solution for manufacturing facilities and commercial campuses integrating imported or specialized 416/240V equipment into existing 480V systems.

The Dyn1 connection provides electrical isolation and establishes a grounded neutral point on the secondary side. By supplying both 416V three-phase power and 240V line-to-neutral service from a single pad-mounted unit, it can reduce the need for separate auxiliary transformers, helping simplify downstream distribution, save installation space and control overall system costs.
