Built with a 316 stainless-steel tank, cabinet, and base platform in a NEMA 4X configuration, the unit offers enhanced corrosion resistance for demanding outdoor environments. Its 200kV BIL insulation level, 900A deadbreak elbow connections, separately installed 36kV surge arresters, and four-channel winding-and-core temperature monitoring support dependable operation and comprehensive condition monitoring.
A zig-zag grounding transformer establishes an accessible neutral point for a medium-voltage system where a suitable neutral is not otherwise available. It provides a controlled path for zero-sequence and ground-fault current, allowing protective devices to detect and isolate ground faults while helping stabilize the system phase-to-ground voltage.
Built with premium 316 stainless steel for the tank, cabinet, and base platform, offering superior corrosion resistance for harsh coastal, industrial, or high-humidity outdoor installations.
Designed to withstand grounding fault current of up to 1000A for 10 seconds, supporting reliable operation during short-duration system ground-fault conditions.
Equipped with 38kV class 200kV BIL standoff bushings, 900A deadbreak elbow connectors, and integrated 36kV surge arresters for reliable high-voltage dead-front termination.
Four internal temperature sensors—one on each coil and one on the core—are connected to a Qualitrol TR6000 temperature indicator for continuous monitoring of key internal thermal conditions.
Outfitted with top-tier Qualitrol accessories including a sudden pressure relay (900-FLA-Q-060-STD), pressure relief valve (LPRD), oil level gauge, and pressure indicator with alarm contacts.
