Summarization
Substation transformers are generally oil-immersed and widely used in various utilities or small industrial scenarios. The capacity ranges from 150KVA to 20MVA, the primary voltage range is usually 2.4KV-69KV, and the secondary voltage range is usually 0.6KV-35KV.
Technical Specification
▶ Iron core is of high-quality cold-rolled grain oriented silicon steel sheet, 45 miter joints, no punching and the structure of binding with epoxy tape, the core surface is coating with paint to reduce the loss and noise；
▶ Using the new insulation structure, effectively dissipate heat, lower temperature rises of transformer, and extend the service life.
▶ The oil tank using corrugated tank and fully sealed structure, which can prevent transformer oil from the contact of the air and water, slow down the aging of the oil, extend service life of transformer. The elastic deformation of the corrugated sheet can adjust the volume of the transformer oil according to thermal expansion and contraction.
