It is an antistatic fabric made from 98% polyester and 2% antistatic carbon fibre. This antistatic fabric has a plain weave and antistatic yarn which is gridlocked into the surface of the fabric.
It has good antistatic function. It meets ESD standards, system resistance 10^6-10^8Ω.High density fabric is very delicate and soft, it is comfortable to wear, and has good air permeability and durability.
The conductive wire is implanted into the fabric to make it have good electrical conductivity, which is suitable for electronics, aviation and other high-tech fields.
Special polyester filament and high performance permanent conductive fibers are woven by special technology, in the form of warp interweave or warp and weft interweave.
Application
Different types of fabric adapt to the requirements of different anti-static or cleanroom environment. Widely used in microelectronics, optical electronics, precision instruments, and aerospace which are more sensitive to static electricity and have higher requirements in clearnoom.
