Product Overview

Aluminum Expanded Metal Mesh is manufactured from aluminum sheet or aluminum alloy plate through a precision slitting and

stretching process. The metal sheet is simultaneously cut and expanded to create a continuous mesh structure with diamond,

hexagonal or other customized openings.

Unlike woven wire mesh, aluminum expanded metal is formed from one continuous sheet without welded joints. This provides

good structural integrity while maintaining a lightweight construction. The open structure also allows air, light and visibility to pass

through, making it suitable for architectural and industrial applications.

For modern building projects, Aluminum Expanded Metal Mesh can be supplied as flat or raised mesh and finished with anodizing,

powder coating, PVDF coating or other surface treatments according to project requirements.
