Our 310S stainless steel woven filter mesh is specifically designed for extreme high-temperature industrial applications. Made from high-quality 310S austenitic stainless steel with a high chromium and nickel content, it provides excellent heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and structural stability even under harsh operating conditions.
• Excellent High-Temperature Resistance
Suitable for long-term operating temperatures up to 1150℃ and short-term heat resistance up to 1200℃. Even under continuous high-temperature environments, it will not deform, soften, or crack, ensuring stable filtration performance.
• Excellent Oxidation and Corrosion Resistance
It possesses extremely strong resistance to high-temperature oxidation, thermal creep, and carbonization, as well as good resistance to corrosion from high-temperature oils, gases, and weak chemical media, greatly extending its service life.
• Precise and Uniform Filtration Effect
Utilizing precision plain and twill weave technology, the mesh is uniform and stable, ensuring efficient interception of impurities, particles, and sediments while maintaining smooth fluid flow.
• Robust and Durable Structure
High tensile strength, good toughness, and wear resistance; not easily broken or clogged under high temperature and pressure. The smooth surface is easy to clean and reusable, effectively reducing replacement and maintenance costs.
