Machine instruction

a) Being different from traditional Rigid type stranding machine, this machine adopts concentric structure, pay off bobbin is coincides with the center of rotation of the strander, and each wire in the strander corresponds to a bobbin. The bobbin is used for pay off, stranding, or take up to the full bobbin.

b) Every two storage bobbin inside the strander share a set of double wings, which are installed between the two bobbins. There are multiple sets of double wings inside the central tube shaft, which are half the number of stranded layer guide wires. Each set corresponds to two wire bobbins, and the wings are connected to the stationary parts inside the central tube. The rolling bearings support the bobbins to rotate freely.

c) The bobbin operate alternately in stranding mode and take up mode. Wires inside the storage bobbins enter the central tube trough wings, got in to the wire distribution pad through inner wire guide system and stranded in the wire distribution pad. After stranding, it is rewound onto an empty bobbin using fixed pay off system.

d) Strander adopts pneumatic disc type brake. The air pressure is controlled by bobbin duty cycle, to ensure pitch stability when machine stop.

e) Rewinding traverse system. Rewind take up&traverse stop automatically when reaches pre-set length. Storage bobbin is driven by wheel friction of rewinding.

f) Under the stranding mode of the bobbin, the tension is controlled by mechanical friction damping to ensure a constant tension of the wire from the full bobbin to the shallow bobbin in the storage bobbin.

g) Set the parameters required for the stranding process on the control panel of the equipment. Display all necessary information (speed, line speed, product length, and process parameters), alarm display (error and display time), and product data (diameter, pitch) on the display screen.

h) This machine is suitable for stranding compressing and non-compressing of copper stranding wire, aluminum stranding wire round conductor of the following sizes
