It is mainly used to determine the fire resistance of plastic or plastic parts by burning in the horizontal or vertical direction under the condition of 50W flame.

Product composition:

The plastic horizontal vertical combustion test machine consists of five parts, which consist of combustion chamber, combustion system, temperature measuring system, combustion torch and assembly control system.

1. Combustion chamber:

Box: 0.5m3, with numerical control machine tool processing and forming, the arc shape is beautiful and generous. High quality SUS304 stainless material/baking paint, with beautiful anti-rust and anti-corrosion characteristics.

The top of the box is equipped with a smoke exhaust system. When the test is completed, the exhaust gas can be discharged outside. During the test, the system is stopped.

The box body is equipped with the steel glass observation window which can be sealed in the test, so as to observe the test situation.

2. Combustion burner:

The company's homemade torch is fully compliant with the requirements of IEC60695-11-4:2004 flame A, B or C.

The crater diameter: 0.95 + / - 0.3 mm, Ф steam jet mouth: Ф 0.9 + / - 0.03 mm, nozzle distance air inlet height is 100 plus or minus 10 mm

Spray Angle: the horizontal is 90 degrees and the vertical is 45 degrees

Flame height: 20 + 20.

3. Temperature measurement system:

Thermal sensors (copper ducts and thermocouples) -catheters should be electrocuted with high conductivity. 8.8 + / - 0.02 mm in length, diameter, Ф 5.5 + / - 0.01 mm

Type K thermoelectric coupling with a 0.5mm diameter stainless steel tube to make a coat.

Intelligent PID temperature control and k-type thermocouple are matched. The readings can be 1000 ℃.

The whole test system is the activity type, which is placed in the test box for temperature measurement.

Precision control electronic stopwatch: accurate to 0.1S (set aside at temperature check)

Main parameters:
