The system incorporates KB 2.0 intelligent control system with IPC3000, 19-inch industrial control screen, S7-1200PLC, and comprehensive online detection instruments. This enables automatic control of production processes including wire diameter management, conductor preheating, head vacuuming, three-stage infrared heating for rapid shaping, post-air heating uniformity, and automatic vulcanization furnace lifting.
These advanced process controls ensure superior quality by preventing issues such as pores in silicone rubber cable extrusion, sulfur deficiency during startup/shutdown, and other quality-affecting phenomena. The comprehensive process formula management provides strong guarantees for product consistency and standardized production management while minimizing human dependency.
Silicone rubber cables offer exceptional high temperature resistance, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas resistance, and waterproof properties. The cable structure remains flexible for easy installation, with stable electrical performance in extreme temperature environments (-60℃ to 180℃). Outstanding anti-aging performance ensures extended service life, making these cables ideal for applications in metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, electronics, and automotive manufacturing industries.
