The high speed tandem line for data cable manufacturing is a state-of-the-art machine that intakes solid copper, draws and anneals it online before processing it through the extrusion process. The specially designed cross head provides high eccentricity on wire, while the specialized extruder for PE offers perfect extrusion with online diameter control and capacitance monitoring system.
Predefined recipes and remote services make line operations user-friendly. The line is equipped with high speed dual take-up for continuous production and high-quality inputs that deliver high precision and productivity.
This automated production line is specially designed for manufacturing wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). It can be matched with various take-up machines including KPS cone-shaped reel fully automatic wire taking-up machine, double-head coiling machine, and double-reel semi-automatic wire taking-up machine.
The production line is suitable for single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free materials. It meets the German, Japanese, Korean, Italian and other series of automotive wire insulation extrusion standards.
