This advanced production line begins with a pay-off unit that securely holds and unwinds the conductor, feeding it smoothly into the extrusion system. An integrated straightener ensures the conductor enters the extrusion head without bends or deviations, improving insulation uniformity. The extruder serves as the heart of the system, melting thermoplastic or rubber compounds such as PVC, PE, XLPE, or TPE for seamless application.
