The automated production line is specially designed for manufacturing wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). The system can be integrated with KPS cone-shaped reel fully automatic wire take-up machines, double-head coiling machines, and double-reel semi-automatic wire take-up machines.
This production line is suitable for single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free compounds. It meets the requirements for German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, and other automotive wire insulation extrusion standards.
