Features such as rail-to-rail input and output swings, low quiescent current (400 andmu;A/ch typical) combinedwith awide bandwidthof10MHz,andvery-lownoise(12nV/andradic;Hz at 1kHz)make this familyattractive foravarietyof applications that require a good balance between cost and performance. The low input bias current supports operational amplifiers that are used in applicationswithmegaohmsourceimpedances.
Therobustdesignof theTLVx316providesease-of use to the circuit designerandmdash;a unity-gain stable, integratedRFI/EMI rejection filter, nophasereversal in overdrive condition, and high electrostatic discharge(ESD)protection(4-kVHBM).
These devices are optimized for low-voltage operationas lowas1.8V(andplusmn;0.9V)andup to5.5V (andplusmn;2.75V).
