overview

The lightweight  lubricator  is  pipe with standing high pressure, used to accommodate the entry and exit of downhole tools into the well under pressure. The lightweight lubricator   can accommodate basic tool strings such as rope caps, weighting rods, and impact arrestors. The lower part of the lightweight  lubricator tube  pipe is connected to the blowout valve, and the upper part is connected to the blowout box or the grease injection sealing system. The length of the lightweight  lubricator tube  pipe is generally 3 feet, 4 feet, and 8 feet; during operation, a multi-section  lubricator tube  pipe combination is selected based on the length of the downhole tools.

Structural features: 

The lightweight lubricator is composed of upper and lower joints, the cylinder body, union nuts and other sealing components. 
Among them, the cylinder body is the main pressure-bearing part, and it can accommodate the tool string inside. It is the main body of the lightweight lubricator tube pipe. The union connection point is equipped with a sealing ring to ensure the sealing performance of the connection between the lubricator

Pressure test

Lightweight  lubricator withstand voltage test on a regular basis, test pressure is 1.5 times of working pressure.

1. Mount pressure joint, connected pipe pressure test; 

2. Start the pressure test pump to conduct a pressure test: pressurize to the test pressure, maintain the pressure for 15 minutes without leakage, and fill in the test record card.
