method of application

1. Remove the joint, lower cylinder body and lower connector from the cable rope cap, and take out the cone and copper pad; 
2. Pass the cable through the upper connector and the cone; 
3. Strip the cable armor (determine the number of steel wires to be stripped according to needs), expose at least 10 centimeters of the cable core; 
4. Pass the armored steel wires through the evenly distributed small holes on the circumference of the cone in reverse, and tighten the steel wires; 
5. Put on the copper pad; 
6. Put the lower cylinder body over the cable, and insert the cable core through the insulating sleeve (rubber sleeve) and then into the terminal post.

7. Install the insulating sleeve; insert waterproof glue into the hole; 
8. Use a vise to hold the upper connector, and grasp the lower connector with your hand. At the same time, unscrew the cylinder to assemble the three components together; 
9. Test for normal conductivity and insulation; 
10. Connect the remaining tools for the well test; 
11. After the test, clean the outer surface, attach the protective wire for storage.

1. When connecting the tools, apply lubricating grease to the threads and sealing areas; 
2. Do not allow water, oil stains, etc. to drip into the conductive components to avoid affecting the insulation performance; 
3. When assembling the tools, ensure the threads are aligned properly to prevent excessive deviation that could cause damage to the threads and the cables.
