Overview

    The RZG plug can be installed at the downhole location joint and features bidirectional balance. Plug the well nowadays into the tool to keep balance valve in open position, fixed in the welded joint is located and go into the tool, stabilizer bar will be pushed to the sealing of balance hole position and locked.This RZG plugs is of the bottom constriction neck type,and the pressure can be balanced by the retractable prong; When the RZG plugs is lowered into the well, the prong is kept in a state of pressure balance by the running tool into the well. After it is fixed on the landing nipple, the prong will be pushed to the position where the balance hole can be sealed and locked. When fishing the plug, first pull out the prong,then pull out the plug.

Structural features

The RZG plug is composed of a G-type balance valve and a Z-type lock  mandrel etc. Z function locating fixed lock, the key can make the lock locking slot in joint, sit quietly. G type balancing valve in the bottom Z lock mandrel balancing valve top seal assembly, can be sealed at the ends of the balancing valve and pressure, balancing valve bottom has a balance valve, well under the plug, the balance beam is into the tool to maintain the pressure balance, under the fixed after the joint is located, the balance beam will be pushed to the sealing of balance hole location and was locked. Salvage plug, remove to balance beam first, then remove to plug in ontology.

Matters need attention

1.Before going down the well, check whether the sealing ring, sealing assembly and the opening and closing of the balance bar are in good condition.

2. After using, greasing dustproof preservation, save separate seal assembly with grease.
