Introduction

The coiled  tubing  quick connector torque through swivel is  desianed to connect components of the toolstring that have different size thread connections. capable of withstanding a high degree of bi-directional torque.
The coiled  tubing  quick connector  througb swivel assists with the make up between coïled tubing . The torque through swivel allowing it to be divided into shorter, more manageable sections, each section can be torqued accordingly before loading into the surface lubricator sections, The  connector matches the torsional strengths of most coiled tubing drilling thread connections.

The coiled  tubing  quick connector is composed of components such as an upper joint, a mandrel, a nut, a connecting cylinder, a limit sleeve, a lower joint, screws, steel balls, and sealing rings.

When assembling, apply grease to the sealing and connection points.

 After assembly, conduct a sealing test at a pressure of 70MPA and maintain the pressure for 15 minutes.
