Detailed Product Description
ZDY series conical rotor three-phase asynchronous motor is enclosed, fan-cooled, cage motor with brakes, matched with electric hoist.
ZDY series motor has the feature of solid and reliable structure, strong overload and easy adjustment. ZD motor is suitable for mechanical device needed electric hoist or large braking torque; ZDY series motor is for mechanical device needed electric hoist or small braking torque. Working method: intermitten rated S3 working system, load cycle is divided into 25%, 40%, 60%, 25% as basic load continuous rate, each cycle of 10mins, rated voltage is 380V, rated frequency of 50Hz, level B insulation.
ZDY series has no foot, holes installed on the front cover(1MB5), ZD motor has large flange on the transmission cover, while ZDY motor with small flange, shaft using rectangular spline connection, rectangular spline meets GB1144-77 "rectangle spline coupling" requirement
Application
The ranges of applications
This series of motors are specially designed for service on cranes and hoists. They can also be used for similar applications such as material handling, weirs and sluices, and lifts of all types. These motors can serve as auxiliary motors in rolling mills or wherever intermittent drives are required.

6,Type of drive The brush molders of the YZR series motors are provided with spring of constant pressure of the latest design so that the pressure between the collector ring and brush can remain unchanged while the brush are worn out during operaton. The type of brushes used is J201 and size sare shown in table 6. |
