The Silent Revolution: How the JMZ-T Series Safeguards "Zero-Vibration" Extreme Environments in Cutting-Edge Scientific Research
The primary contribution of the JMZ-T Series lies in its extremely low natural frequency. Through optimized structural design and material selection, the natural resonant frequency of its system is reduced to an extremely low level (typically reaching a few hertz or even lower). According to vibration isolation theory, effective isolation can only be achieved when the natural frequency of the isolation system is far lower than the frequency of external disturbance vibrations. The low-frequency characteristic of the JMZ-T enables it to efficiently isolate most vibrations transmitted through building structures (usually ranging from a few hertz to hundreds of hertz), establishing the first solid line of defense for ultra-precision instruments.
More importantly, it boasts excellent isolation capability against micro-vibrations. Many research-grade vibration isolators may be effective for large-amplitude vibrations, but they are powerless against tiny vibrations that affect imaging quality and measurement accuracy. Relying on its precision friction damping mechanism and high structural integrity, the JMZ-T Series can effectively dampen these micro-vibrations, significantly reducing the background noise of the equipment’s own measurement platform. This allows researchers to capture clearer and more authentic signals, thereby improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of data and the reliability of experiments.
Furthermore, the JMZ-T Series adopts purely passive mechanical operation, a feature that offers unique advantages in sensitive experimental environments. Compared with active vibration isolation systems that require power supply and may generate additional electromagnetic interference (EMI), the passive JMZ-T does not introduce any new noise sources into the experimental environment. What it provides for sensitive instruments is a form of "pure" physical isolation, ensuring the cleanliness of the measurement environment.
