JGX-1276D-176B Wire Rope Vibration Isolator
The JGX-1276D-176B is a stainless steel wire rope vibration isolator developed for machinery and electronic equipment operating under long duty cycles. Its all-metal design resists aging, weathering and chemical attack, and the open cable structure provides excellent heat rejection during continuous operation.
Working Principle
Stranded stainless steel cable is formed into helical loops and secured between two retaining bars. The loops act as elastic springs that support static loads, while relative sliding between strands inside the cable dissipates vibration energy as heat. The result is stable isolation performance that does not rely on rubber, oil or any consumable parts.
