The JGX-1276D-278B is a helically wound stainless steel wire rope vibration isolator purpose-built for all-direction dynamic isolation across a wide load and frequency spectrum. Its eight-loop SS304 wire rope core is symmetrically clamped between precision-machined aluminum alloy mounting bars, creating a robust all-metal isolation element that operates reliably from -70°C to +300°C without any elastomeric components that degrade over time.

All-Direction Isolation Principle

Unlike single-axis spring or rubber mounts, the JGX-1276D-278B employs a helical wire rope geometry that simultaneously damps vibration in all six degrees of freedom: three translational axes (tension/compression, lateral shear in both directions) and three rotational axes (roll, pitch, and yaw).
