For complex vibration environments such as vehicle-mounted and shipborne applications, the JGX-1278A series innovatively adopts a composite structure of arched rubber pads and metal splints, achieving three-way equal stiffness vibration isolation. Its nonlinear stiffness characteristics can effectively suppress the resonance amplification effect, with a vibration transmissibility of less than 0.3 in the 2-30Hz wide frequency range, which is far superior to traditional rubber vibration isolators. The product has passed 16 environmental tests including salt spray and damp heat, with a protection rating of IP67, making it particularly suitable for corrosive scenarios such as the chemical industry and nuclear power. The company's R&D team has optimized the structural design through ANSYS finite element simulation, reducing the product volume by 20% compared with similar products and significantly improving installation adaptability.
