Extrusion and extraction linkage ratio, single-action control, quick response and timely response; and are controlled by a selection switch, which is convenient and rapid, and linkage adjustment ratio is adjusted by a knob, with fast response speed and timely response.
Each part action indicate light: indicate light to be markedness, to show real time working condition;
Cabinet inside floodlight: open cabinet door, the light auto lighten, be easy to make operation, and be beneficial to be safe;
Cabinet fan: close the cabinet door,the fan automatic work, to keep electric components inside the cabinet working safety;
Counter, control loop: counter receive pulse signal from meter counter, proportion of code length and pulse count can freewill adjustment, easy for counting length, meanwhile with forecasting function to make operation easily;
Suction feeder, drying hopper, no material alarm and other control: automatic suction material, automatic control of material dryness, no material automatic alarm, effectively increase the accuracy of the work and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
