Rotatory Control Board
This brush sanding machine is very easy to control. Four units rollers' speed are controlled by two inverters and the speed of the rollers are easy to control by the switch on the control board. Workers can adjust the speed according to different materials.
Disc Brushes
Two units of disc brushes (total 9 disc brushes) rotate in opposite directions, and the speed of the roller is adjustable by frequency control. With the board own movement and the disc brushes rotating, the machine can realize the sanding of uneven surface and corner from different angles.
Length ways Rollers
Two units of long brush rollers are counter-rotating and can be lifted individually, which guarantee the sanding effect of all-round uneven surface and R-angle.
