This machine processes various wood waste materials including sawdust, wood chips, shavings, logs, planks, branches, waste pallets, furniture slabs, slats, garden wood core, and waste veneer. It also accommodates non-wood materials such as cotton stalk, reed, bamboo, and other fibrous materials. Raw materials must be crushed to required specifications prior to pressing to ensure uniform fiber alignment and superior block quality.

The complete production line consists of a wood crusher, wood sawdust dryer, glue mixer, and the compressed wood pallet block machine.
