Product Description
Introduction:
Coconut shell chipping machine /wood chipper /wood chips making machine /wood shredder machine is a machine which is used to a machine used for reducing wood (generally tree limbs or trunks) into smaller woodchips.
For large diameter wood log or waste wood pallets or waste building templates, usually need heavy duty drum wood chipper for making small size wood chips.
Usually the finished wood chips size is 3-5cm.
Structure of wood chipper:
1. The wood chipper is made up of body, knife roller, the upper and lower feed roller, conveyor belt, hydraulic system.
2. The wood chipping machine adopts high strength steel plate welded together, is the supporting basis of the whole machine.
Install two or three, four flying knives in the knife roller. Using the fly-knife bolt specially manufactured to fix these fly-knives on the knife roller through the pressure block. According to different thickness of cutting materials, the upper feed roller can fluctuate within a certain range with the aid of hydraulic system. Qualified wood chips will fall down through the sieve holes, and are discharged from the bottom; large wood chips will be cut within the machine again.

Application Materials:
The raw materials of coconut shell chipping machine /wood chipper /wood shredder machine can be pulpwood, waste wood, and residual wood from agriculture, landscaping, logging, and sawmills. Woodchips can also be produced from remaining forestry materials including tree crowns, branches, unsaleable materials or undersized trees.
