The SH1300-600 heavy duty wood crusher machine is engineered for continuous, high-volume reduction of difficult wood waste. At the heart of the unit sits a forged 850 mm blade roller that turns at 850 rpm and is driven by a single 160 kW motor, allowing it to swallow logs, branches, pallets, sleepers and root balls without repeated stalling. Unlike light garden chippers, this industrial wood chipper shredder is built for recycling yards where mixed material arrives contaminated with nails, wire and stone. A permanent magnetic separator lifts ferrous scrap from the feed stream before it can reach the cutting chamber, protecting the knives and keeping output consistent on demolition and pallet-recycling lines.

• Extra-wide feeding inlet: the SH1300-600 opens to 1300 x 600 mm, so branching tree sections and irregular offcuts that choke smaller machines pass through freely.
• Integrated magnetic separation: a permanent magnetic unit pulls nails, screws and iron fragments out of pallet and construction wood, guarding the blade system and reducing downtime.
• YG8 hammer blade set: 20 tungsten-carbide-tipped hammers work together with 2 groups of 4 reversible knife blades to deliver an even, splinter-free chip size.

• Flexible drive and mobility: an electric motor version or a diesel engine with generator can be supplied, and optional wheels plus a hydraulic foldable outlet conveyor allow on-site operation.
